Supported Independent Living (S.I.L.)

Supports for adults who have an intellectual disability to live independently or with a roommate in their own home, apartment or other community setting while receiving the assistance they require. Supports are individualized and may include things such as:
  • Budgeting
  • Banking
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Home Maintenance
  • Medical Care Coordination
  • Community Participation
  • Social Awareness and Skill Development
  • Advocacy
  • Person Directed Planning
