IN THE COMMUNITY Groove Tonic PEC happens every Tuesday (including this one!) from 7-9 pm at the Picton Town Hall. Free form movement & dance like no one's watching, without shoes, and with an ecclecric array of music and other folks doing the same thing. You're welcome to join us! $5-$10 suggested donation to cover the rent of this beautiful space. Bring water to drink, and a body ready to stretch and move how you feel.
