Reporting to the Director, Human Resources the Receptionist will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the reception area, screening approved visitors to the building, conducting cleaning protocols, accepting and organizing deliveries, managing incoming phone calls, typing and photocopying, and creating reports as required using your exceptional Word, Excel and database skills.
