YIN YOGA AND ESSENTIAL OILS
During our April workshop we will pair yin poses with essential oils to add to your experience as you settle into the deeper layers of your being.
You will leave feeling balanced, smelling delicious and with a special blend of the oils to take with you as our gift.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat. Bolsters, blankets and blocks will be supplied.
