What is Community Living Month?
Each May, Community Living Prince Edward invites everyone learn more about what community living means. We understand that the right to live a fully integrated life within Prince Edward County belongs to all. ‘Community Living’ is a movement that reflects the aspirations of people with intellectual disabilities to be included in the fabric of community life.
Each and every day, Community Living Prince Edward supports people with intellectual disabilities age 0 to 99+ to live their best possible life. We are proud to deliver innovative, flexible and responsive services throughout the County. Working with people, families, partners and volunteers, we’re proud to inspire new possibilities!
Since 1965, Community Living Prince Edward has supported people with intellectual disabilities here in the County. Together with 115+ local associations across Ontario, Community Living Prince Edward celebrates #CLInspiringPossibilities for the inclusion of people who have an intellectual disability and their families throughout the month of May!
